It seems the former US airfield at Smeatharpe (a.k.a. Upottery of "Band of Brothers fame) in Devon, England, is being sold by it's owners. Since one result of the sale could be the demise of the few WW2 buildings that remain anyone planning a pilgrimage should not delay.
