Cost of a Phone Call..(another Imprest thread..Sorry!!)

With the new Capped Actual blah.blah etc now in...what is the deal for the '3 min phone call' home if you are on base (read Akro!!). As we cannot use GPTN and need to use the (now frowned upon) payphone, what are the current published (?) rates??? Can anyone info me??

It's supposed to come out of your £10ish incidental expenses as I understand it. So, its 2 one and a half minute phone calls. Of course every international call is £3.32 a minute, isn't it? That'll do nicely, £10 made no receipts!

We have been told that "Of course you are allowed to roll over your minutes to make a longer phone call..." So JPA will get you one extra minute a week over a Sandy Telecoms phone card. We've never had it so good!:sad:

Just got back from Jandahar, not quite sure what the JPA thingy is but the GE's phone normally works!!!!
