I have an assessment day coming up for the CTC Wings Cadet programme and was wondering whether anyone out there had been to one and could give me any ideas of what to expect. Many thanks.

Look in interviews jobs and sponsorship. There's pages and pages of info. You won't get slagged off for not using search because the search function doesn't find 3 letter words like CTC. Not much use. A google search for CTC and PPRUNE should bring up all available threads.
