Change fatigue.

Metal suffers from fatigue, i.e. being abused until it eventually breaks down and cannot serve its original function and gets scrapped.

Aircrew and groundcrew alike also suffer the same, except we still have to bounce back time and time again. I am now feeling change fatigue because of the constant barrage of requirements from our seniors and government.

I feel as though I am fighting a losing battle during a period where we are asked to give more and more and more.

For myself, it is time to go.

I wonder how many others feel like this?

How will our replacements fare?

i fully agree, and im not alone in my work place, at least a third are ready to jump now. totally de-moralised and fed up with the can do attitude. when is the next smoking hole going to happen?:*
