where to target my CV!

Just about to renew my IR and Class 1 med after two and half years out, and was wondering where would be best to send them.i have 3000 Hrs total with 500 Multi singal pilot opps any ideas as i am 44 years old.

Go for the usual suspects, Flybe, Eastern and the likes?

The jets might be a problem due to the lack of flying over the last few years?
