RAF part 2 med problem?

I have recently been for my part 2 medical at cranwell and was asked upon returning home for an additional blood test sent from my GP. It appears that my thyroid is borderline underactive (just found out today- elevated TSH), but that it poses no health problems at all. Does anyone know what the implications of this will be when the med board recieves the results.

p.s. my twin has similar levels, but again it is not high enough for concern
