Hey guys does anyone now if there are any JAA approved TRTO?s that make type rating courses on MD-80 in the USA?Or in any other non expensive place?thanks a lot:eek: :ok:

I donīt know if this info can help you but I know that Cae in Madrid and Meridiana offer TR in MD 80 series. Donīt know the prices and requirements.

HIgher Power Aviation in KDFW or Alteon in KMIA or KLGB. The MD80 is a 3rd world airplane. Why not spend your money on a 737 or A320 rating ?
The MD80 just doesn't seem to be in as high a demand as other types. Good luck in any event.
