Is the Hawk that shiny because the QFI saw the PPRUNE thread about cleaning your vehicle before returning it? It's very clean.

Just the kind of environment and weather a photo guy might slip and have to call out the SAR boys for!!!!!:E

Are you sure that's Mid-Wales? Looks more like the training valley in the MFTA to me. :E

Are you sure it's Wales? I'm sure I see 6 Jag boys on those snowy slopes?

Nice ones! Were they taken with your new toy by any chance? At first I thought No. 2 was black and white.

Be careful not to slip, you risk a frozen Sea King parking on your head.

Speaking of which, is that a Sea King crew I see trudging along the valley floor?

Beautiful pictures. What sort of camera are you using?

Yes COL, it was the new toys first outing in 'extreme' conditions, worked well too, maxb, its a Canon EOs1DmkII with a 70-200 f.2.8. jg we have a system amoungst a group of three of us to minimise the liklihood of using Mr crab@saavn's yellow taxi service, it should work even if we're hundreds of miles apart. And yer, its mid wales ;)
