Does anyone know good interview preparation course in Aus?
There are many came up on google relating to general interview prep but not specially for pilots.

I think you're on the right path. You don't need an "aviation specific" trainer to get the result you're after. I know a few people that have used general employment consultants/coaching with great success. I can't recommend anyone specifically, but a few phone calls should find what you're looking for.
One word of warning about the "aviation specific" books out there (ie Fortress etc): It's fine to use them for gathering background information for the interview, but most, if not all employers in Oz have that book also. It's quite humourous to sit back in an interview and hear rote-learned answers that have little relevance to that particular operation :} Employers can smell it a mile away:8
