I'm about to got to the shops so some quick help would be appreciated:):)

Of the recommend study guides for asl exams which is the best one (from experience) for the Human factors examinations,

Human factors & pilot performance- Thom
Human factors for pilots -green et al
Human performance and limitations- Camell & Bagshaw
Flight deck performance- O Hare and Roscoe
Aviation Medicine and Other Human Factors for Pilots-Ewing

Ross Ewing's book should see you right. I used it and it's what I refer to if teaching HF.

Ewing makes it so easy....its so simple you can study it whilst intoxicated, well I was when I read it and I still passed.

Whats all this rubbish about hypoxia anyway? ;)

Some of the questions in the ASL ATPL exam are word for word with the Ewing book. I suggest (if you still can) skip the CPL one and launch into the ATPL one. There are no differences in the questions, just the amount of them.

NZ is a few decades behind in the CRM world. If you've ever flown two pilot crew don't bother studying at all, you'll blitz it.
