Is it my flawed perception or does PSF shut far earlier than most other units on the average flying station. Case in point, 1600 today between landing and the lengthy debrief I attempted to get some advice from PSF but was met with the message "PSF is now closed please phone back at...". Call me old fashioned but this seems a tad early. Rant over.

Your mistake was to go to PSF for advice. Even if they were open, you'd have been met with blank looks.
The online AP is always first port of call for me now.

And before very long the message will just end

"PSF is now closed...."
