A big change is TBA in next few weeks? Pilots involved...
Some young fullas on way up the chain been told to hold hats, new gigs could be delayed.

Heard a whisper or ten - as always! - but here tis for thorts/theories etc.

short haul review result. Freedom and Air NZ A320 operations combined into one operating company - all pilots can fly all aircraft to all ports (but Air NZ F/Os won't fly with Freedom Captains......something about ohhh it's not fair, I've been with Air NZ longer than them so I'm not flying with them coz it should be my command:{ )
Result should be better crewing efficiencies resulting in one surplus aircraft (and crews) Crew surplus easily absorbed, but perhaps at the expense of recruiting....for a wee while anyway.
