Users experiencing Log-On problems
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Any registered members who are experiencing problems logging in, please read the following:

The majority of log-in problems stem from the fact that the new system only recognises links to the pprune.org domain and not the pprune.com domain.

The biggest problem experienced by members with this issue is logging in, being welcomed and then when trying to post or use other features are being told that they are not logged in. Understandably, this is very frustrating and as far as we are aware, the solution is as follows:

1. Delete cookies, then restart.
2. Make sure 'remember me' is always checked upon login.
3. Check your security softwares settings or turn it off for a second, and see if you still have a problem using PPRuNe.
4. Make sure you use pprune.org in your connections and not pprune.com.
5. Click on 'remember me' when you are logging in.

IF you have disabled 'cookies'

Re-enabling cookies:

Open IE
Go to TOOLS (menu bar) and Internet Options
Then go to the Privacy Tab, click on 'Sites' and type in under 'Address' pprune.org then click 'Allow'
Close your browser and reopen it.
