Snr.Grade3 requires NAVEX for GR.2

Senior Grade 3 wanting NAVEX time to obtain a Grade2. All abinitio hours required have been obtained. All proposals considered. Would appreciate honest replies.

Don’t expect any assistance from this forum. There are plenty of us trying to get the experience you want. Are you prepared to pay for the required hours?? I see your from Perth you will probably fare better in Melbourne.

Only place in Perth where you can get the nav time is at Singa's FC or CSWAFC and you should have it in a month or two.

With a Snr 3 have a better chance with CSWAFC, however last i've heard is Singa's require a Gd2.

There’s a school at YMMB offering traineeships if you do an instructors course with them. Can’t remember the name but I’m sure they could give you the hours if you could come up with some proposal.
