Hi folks..Happy New Year to all who take the Queen's shilling.

Anyone help here please? Just spotted (1300z 2nd Jan) four-engine low-wing turboprop beating up south Herefordshire @ c500'agl.... about Britannia/Albert size and bristling with external antennae..particularly 2 large v-shaped ones - one each side of the tailcone.

Many thanks. bm:p

I believe it was an Atlantic Airlines Lockheed Electra with its spraying gear attached

Thanks guys... it could have been an Electra.... but it was definitely bristling with aerials etc..not spray booms...also carried roundels... the house shook for a few moments before it flew over.... made my day! bm
