In the CX press release concerning the delivery of the first BCF aircraft....on of the picture captions states that the BCF has "a revised flight deck system". Anybody know what that means?

400-BCF

Easy, without a Flight Engineer, they thought it would be OK to no longer seperate the galley from the cockpit.

BCF = Beef, Chicken or Fish?

I'd guess they just mean the EICAS and overhead panel have been revised inline with the freighter EICAS & overhead panel ie the aircon and cargo fire panels.

hmm I suppose BCF= Boeing Converted Frieghter? I thought CX and boeing are doing this project together, converting pax 400's into Cargo a/c.
is that the meaning you guys are going after? I dunno about the revised cockpit tho....
