advice pls - Single-pilot multi eng. IFR requirements

There is an exemption from the 700 hr TT requirement, down to 400 hrs TT, to include: 40 hrs instrument multi-engine time and 300 hrs PIC. I am trying to establish whether any of theese experience requirements can include sim time or not. Help pls! - I have searched in LASORS and JAR FCL 1 to no avail. Does anyone know which document states these requirements? Cheers, Mike

Try giving Centreline Air Charter a call, they have an exemption allowing the use of 400 hour pilots.

You can't use sim hours I'm afraid. Also, that 40 hours multi IFR must be PIC.
