No airworthness paperwork = not worth anything like that sort of money.
To have in a flying aircraft the mandatory overhaul will be in the region of £80-100k so no Merlin user is going to fork out £50k plus to start with. Still a few of core base engines around at the £10k mark.

£50k is for both so perhaps nearer the mark....
