Getting a second e-mail address????

How do I get a second e-mail address that I can use for business apart from the usual free ones which end in fsnet, hotmail, yahoo etc.

Its hard to explain but for example one like info@?????.com if you know what I mean. :8 :8

Also can I use it in outlook?
