Major Jimmie James, the liaison officer between the military and civilian health services in Scotland, accused the Army of failing to take proper care of its injured reservists........Major James said: “The problem is, we are in such a mess as an army. You mobilise TA soldiers but when they get back, people say, ‘It’s the TA, it’s got nothing to do with me’.”
