Can anyone tell me what the deal is with Dash 8 endorsements with Easterns at the moment. Do you have to pay the full amount or is it a portion.

I think the first group are in training at the moment. I'm not too sure but I think the cost is 8K. I totally stand to be corrected if wrong.
