Reading this forum is a little depressing! If I get it right here is the general feeling expressed about the area's airlines:

-Emirates: too much work/not enough money/DXB is getting more expensive

-Qatar: very low morale/pay ok/Doha not great

-Gulf Air: morale ok/money ok/BAH ok but uncertain outlook

-Etihad: few posts but it is a new airline. Things seem ok in terms of morale/money/AUH

Have I missed something here?
Are things better or worse and...

Which airline would you work for given the choice?

Thanks for the info!

Olbie,

Are you serious?!?!?

"Etihad - Things seem ok in terms of morale/money/AUH"

You clearly haven't been following the recent threads on this website!!

Morale in Etihad is not OK....... The crooks in the management of the company are resulting in horrible morale throughout the airline!!

Such a shame as the company has so much potential but with no decent people are currently in charge......!

Nothing is stable and the money is cr@<hidden>

Keep an eye out for changes. If none happen then keep out!!

Could it be that the Gulf area airlines are reflections of the world airline scene (that there really is no such thing as a Fantasy Land)?

Watercooler: I must have missed that about Etihad! I must say I relied a lot on info shared by someone I know there and who does not seems too unhappy... But thanks for your input this is why I started this thread...

What about the other airlines?
