I understand that it can take quite a while to arrange for a flight test. Does anyone know how long the wait is for a CPL(H) flight test? Does the length of time vary according to location, and if so, where is the best place to arrange for the test? Am looking to do the test in mid 06.

If you book now, you should get your preferred test date no problems.

Can't remember the notice period required but I think people booking 4-6 weeks out are getting available dates as oppossed to preffered dates.
