HP & L exam (ground examiners)

The latest HP & L exam 043/05. In Q13 the answer appears to be incorrect and contradicts the books. Is this the case and the CAA need to know or am I just having a moment?

Still waiting to receive my new exam papers! When they send them, I'll check.

I think every set of new papers always have an error in them, to keep the examiners on their toes!

I emailed the CAA about that question and they accept that they have got the answer wrong.

I know that they are preparing a revised version of the Air Law paper due to problems with the most recently issued paper, so presumably they will update the Master Answer sheets at the same time.
