Been out of the industry for a while, family work etc, have now settled in Perth and would like to know the best/busiest school to start instructing again on a part time basis.

Why not full time? There are several schools to choose from which hire full time salary instructors. At least you will have a guaranteed salary each week. Try Singapore Flying College or China Southern WA Flying College.

Because I have a great job away from avaition and no desire to move any higher. Instructing was always something I enjoyed.

So where would you recommend? Instructing and even a bit of charter etc?

I can pretty much garuntee you will get a job with Air Australia, but you might want to check out The Aeroplane Company aswell.
