A man hijacked (stole) a small plane from the airport in Auckland NZ and theatened to hit buildings down-town with it.
Chased by a police helicopter he directed the plane out to the sea, where he eventually crashed.
Anybody anything more on that ??

I think the use of the word hijacked in this case is very misleading seeing as no other person was involved in the aircraft.

I think Hijack can in fact be used!
