I am visiting Scottsdale at the end of October. I plan to visit the PIMA Air & Space Museum at Tucson, including the Titan Missile Museum. From PIMA, there is a tour which takes in the AMARC at Davis-Monthan.

I note that Evergreen also store aircraft at Pinal Airpark. Do they allow visits? I assume that this is a "civil" storage facility equivalent to Davis-Monthan.

Not to casual visitors, see: http://www.cactuswings.com/spotting/so-ariz.html (which I think is an allowable link).

Thanks for that Paper Tiger. "Special prior arrangements...." Does that mean if I ask them nicely now, they might let me in at the end of October, or is that more for "business" users. Don't want any hassle, it's going to be bad enough keeping Mrs N/W from getting
:bored: :bored:

Ask away but unless you're "in the biz", I'd say your chances are about zero :{

May be wise to book for the AMARC tour with PIMA before you get there; bad news to roll up & find they're full. :(

G'day ;)
