Here's (http://www.acr.net.au/~tony/AboriginalAir.html) a link. I think they were hiring a month or so ago.

The page is a little out of date.
The PC-12 was sold to the NT Govt last year for the Alice Coppers.
The rest of the info is still mostly accurate I think.

They want government money to continue to do the Alice Tennant run
This is after ANorth quit the run due to unsound economics last year

mmmmmmmmmmmmmm.....and do you think they will get it?

Methinks probably yes, might go for the smaller a/c better suited to route line and if that fails threaten them with their name.

Tinpis, for just a moment there thought you would call me a redneck:E

Sorry, it's the late shifts that are sending me to these places.
The company in question has some very good engineers and pilots. The equipment seems to be quite good too.

Just to update your info.

Aboriginal Air is the collective name for (I think) 4 Aboriginal companies that purchased aircraft and then got the cover company to operate and maintain them.

The company now has a C310 as well as 2 x C210, 2 x C210P and 3 x C208B and I was told recently that the Bandit is currently in the paint shop somewhere and should be in Alice Springs in about a month. There may still be an issue with a suitable C & T pilot but I am not sure about that.

The company currently has a RPT run between Alice Springs and Tennant Creek (using C208Bs) and the Bandit will be used on that as well as runs to the Pit Lands in northern SA and possibly on to Coober Pedy.

Hope that assists.

In the travel agent in TNK there are photoes of a/c used on the centre run. The photoes are getting smaller, why waste processing materials on large amounts of background?

very sad
