AIB Tests and Aptitude

Dear all please could anybody give me an idea of the tests I will have to complete at AIB. My goal is for Observer, so if there are any Obs out there, any help you could give would be very much appreciated. I also have to resit the aptitude tests at Cranwell, but as it has been a while I can't remember them all, and if any candidates who have been down recently could give me any advice that would be super.

Before ou get a load of insults flung your way may I suggest you do a search of Pprune. There have been numerous posts on this very subject including one posted on the 8/8 by AndrewMcallister. You might want to PM him.

Thank you beerdrinker. I have searched the site an awful lot, and have found plenty of useful tips, advice and help. Maybe I should of given more detail. I was particularly interested in gaining more information about the essay tests at AIB, and most sites I have visited seem to have less information on this part of AIB than anything else.
