Does anyone know of a site which gives the technical exam questions (and, more importantly, the answers) to past ARB type questions for the 747-400?

The ARB exams have not existed for a number of years. These days each TRTO develops its own exam papers which are then approved by the CAA. You won't find the same exams in use at more than one TRTO.
