What's happened to Cathay Pacific?
Skytrax, which carries out the largest global passenger surveys have recently announced the winners of the 2005 Awards.
Best Cabin Staff Awards based on nearly 3.5 million interviews over ten months were -
1 Asiana Airlines
2 Thai Airways
3 Malaysia Airlines
4 Singapore Airlines
5 Qatar Airways
6 China Airlines
7 Air Tahiti Nui
As usual, the Asian carriers swept the board - no surprise there.
Cathay won 'Airline of the Year' (from 12,334,283 responses) but their cabin attendants didn't even feature in the top 7 this time.
They used to be one of the best. Have they gone down hill? .
