Pilot Training Costs

OK, Question 1.

Can anybody tell me or point me in the direction of the cost to train an RAF pilot from joining to RW front line?

Well, when I watched Fighter Pilot in the 80s they said £3million... when I joined in the late 80s they said £3 million. Infact they keep saying £3 mil even to today.

So with inflation it just proves how little training we do these days:)
