After spending a few weeks pretending to be an RFDS doctor at JT i was thinking getting my PPL might be of some use getting a job there in the future, at the same time being a lot of fun!

Does anyone know about the aviation institute of au? they seem to have competitive prices and at least a friendly and informative attitude when i rang, compared to RACWA. But i honestly wouldnt know what to look for and what to ask. Is anyone partial to any other flying schools at Jandakot?

Any help much appreciated :)

Give The Aeroplane Company a call.
They have brand new Diamond aircraft and very good instruction. :ok:

Recently completed my CPL training with RACWA. Good result. Only had one minor issue with instructor change. Luckily at a slower stage of training. But all were professional, cheerful, and took a personal interest. All 1st time passes. A/C can be a problem to get if you hit peak season.
Ad-Astral also extremely good for IR down the line! Ron and the team really know their stuff. Ground school for IREX is also excellent @ Ad-Astral.
