Hi Everyone

If your like me and like SCI-FI you can help us get a dedicated channel on Pay-Tv,
showing all SCI-FI shows and at normal not nocturnal hours of the day.
Below is a copy of the petition.

To: Foxtel, Austar and Optus Vision
Due to the enormous fan base for Science Fiction related entertainment, and the poor recognition of this in Australia, this petition has been created to correct that.

If you believe that there should be a Science Fiction channel on Foxtel, Austar and Optus Vision please sign this petition.

Our biggest hopes are to have a channel similar to the SCIFI Channel in the USA that will provide quality sci-fi programs that are NOT behind countries like the UK and USA.

Thank you.

Sincerely,

The Undersigned

There's a SCI-FI channel on SKY here in Europe. I'm a SCI-FI fan myself AND- almost never watch it. The unfortunate fact is that most so called SCI-FI tv shows have been C£$P!! (Star Trek Next Gen, DS9 being exceptions, but they are well represented on main stream channels.)

In fact the only programme I've watched recently was from The Earth to The Moon, Tom Hanks' factual series about the Apollo program.
