Right folks

Needing a bit of help here. Got my authorisation letter in from the CAA so am ready to do the FE PPL course. I want to find a FTO that uses a C152/172 since that is what I teach on.

Any help would be gratefully appreciated.

Thanks!

Sorry can't help with an FTO with Cessnas however do bear in mind that, while you may teach on them, you will probably examine on many different types. Also the flight test is only part of the FE course - the ground part is probably more important - and of course you will not actually be flying the aircraft anyway.

Any FIE can do the course. Don't think there is a formal course approval required for it.

Give us some idea about your location and we might be able to help.

Cheers

Gerard

At the risk of advertising, you can do one at BCFT in Bournemouth, on a C172. Mods feel free to delete without notifying me, but it's the only answer I know to the question!
