XX Sqn 90th Anniversary Bash!

Calling all XX Sqn current members and alumni.

I am on the organising committee for the 90th anniversary hangar party. We have decided to cast our net far and wide to advertise this event, which is free of charge to all who are serving, or have served with XX Sqn. (All who have served with us should know where we are now!)

The date for this extravaganza will be sometime in September 2005, around the date of the Sqn's formation..... for further details please PM me and I'll tell you more.

Unfortunately I shall have to send my apologies, I will be far, far away at a not very secret airfield on a not really popular place in the south atlantic.

Being far, far away just like those of us on XX were when the argies invaded in the first place and we were not able / allowed to go ... mostly cos we were winding up the residents of a meditteranean island and enjoying the weather at Villasimious free beach.

Good point Beagle. While I and Triple Hooked wish to see this thread stay at the top where everyone can see it, I really don't want to deprive the worthy Chinook thread of its important vantage point.
