My thread on rumours that AIPA will appoint more legal officers got pulled down quicker than a brides nighty. Must have been a bit close to the bone.

No, the reporting of rumours was fine in and of itself, it got personal beyond that, which is not in the rules.
Discussion surrounding the topic is possible and no problem without naming names.
However the use of initials or other terms that applied by a reasonably well informed person would clearly identify an individual without actually naming them is not a defence.
