Recently installed their 1mb service, but now can't get Outlook to work.
The helpline is next to useless - everything , they say, is set up correctly, so can't help further.
If I "test account settings", it can't log on to the incoming POP3 server and can't send a test e-mail.
The message says to check the port settings - these are at the default values of 110 and 25 respectively.
Anyone any ideas, please?
