A request for assistance please?
When I try and access internet banking and get to the log-in stage, a secondary blank web page opens with nothing on it and the initial log in page contains a note "error on page" at the bottom of the screen. This error currently happens with all of my log-in internet type accounts.
I'm not sure if this is also related but when I try to click on a link contained within a PPRUNE thread, a second blank page opens up and there is no web site address in the address section. If I copy and paste the link into the address bar then the site opens. This situation has only been like this for the past few days.
I've been on to my internet service provider on several occasions and installed the Internet Explorer 6 Service Pack 1 and update with still the same problem re-occurring. For information I am running Windows 98.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated please.
