In a modern EFIS cockpit where you can superimpose ADF indications on a primary display, is there any processing that removes the ADF dip during a turn, or do you still make a lead/lag allowance?

I don't know what the salesman will tell you, but from observation it's still there;)

I can tell you a Jetstream 41 does display dip on both the screen and the pysical RMI needles

You have the Primary Flight display (with the artificial horizon) and the Nav display which shows the overhead navigation view. This can be switched over to display a compass rose (full or top part only) with ADF needles on, just as if it was a regular RMI.
I have never used any fancy calculations for lead in. All you need to be aware of is roughly how far way the NDB station is, and from where and at what strength the wind is blowing. All your attention should be on what course you need and which way to turn when you are not on it.

I was thinking about the anticpated roll-out in a holding pattern.
