I am looking for FTO in europe that are approved to deliver the Instructor course IRI that upgrades the FI rating.

Great club, Excellent CFI and Examiner
Costs in the region of £190 per hour (PA28) including all ground school, plus approach fees at Southend @£12 50 a go and exam fee of £200 and then the Caa Licence upgrade fee of £70.
Total cost was around £1280 - £1300.
