Having watched the ORIGINAL Italian Job again over the weekend, who is able to identify the Chinese(?) aircraft which delivers the gold to Turin airport?

Something that has bugged me for years!

The answer, is a C-74 Globemaster.

Thought it was russian too,,,,,,but found otherwise:p

Yes,probably HP-379,which ,reading Airyard's link,was scrapped at Turin in September 1970.
