Deppressurization function of engine driven a pump OFF (failure of solenoid)
according to MEL you can go.
Suppose you have a landing gear jammed up.(a problem never comes alone)
you can raise the gear normally but according to NNC you need to select both sys A pumps OFF then recycle speed Brake until pressure drops.
the problem is when you don t have the depressurization function of the engine driven pump you'd always have Sys A pressure no matter what.
Looks like the only solution is to shutdown Engine 1.lower the gear than relight engine 1 again.seems to be a crazy answer.
i already saw it somewhere around here but i can 't seem to find it.
any other thoughts ?
