A few years ago I recall YKAT used to be PPR with Blue Mountain Helos, although the c urrent ERSA does not mention this, and also helpfully suggests RH circuits off 06.
so is YKAT open for "rock up" and "Touch and Go" fun ?
also , would you use CTAF 126.7 or area ?, I guess CTAF.
Thanks in advance, I know what I might be doing soon.
cheers

Without checking I am pretty sure current rules state whenever no CTAF or MBZ listed, use Multicom 126.7
Not sure about the PPR requirement as the Airfield Directory I have which is a little out of date (2002) states no Permission Required but pay $25 Landing Fee upon arrival.

Look on your VTC - it's a CTAF

I managed to dig up some of my old notes on KAT. I only ever landed there once about 7 or 8 years ago so I'm not sure what's changed otherthan the crossstrip is now US.
