Not going to the gigs, but just been pootlin about the internet. Tickets in the UK are going for 1000 pounds on ebay, and in Belgium the gig was sold out in 4 hours. Tickets now on ebay for up to 2000 euros a pop. hmm wish i had bought some now just to sell em.:{ :{ but then again people ripping others off so blatantly does make me :yuk: :yuk: :yuk: :yuk:

well i've got 2 for sale seating on 19 june, london. start the bidding at £600 the pair.
Get some for Madrid, see here (http://www.theonlineticketshop.com/shop/list_event.asp?event_id=24518). Return flight from LHR is about 100 pounds, even with a hotel for the night you wouldn“t break 500 for platinum seating. Worth a flutter.....

On a similar theme tried to get tickets for Cream at the RAH this May yesterday morning, could not get through and tickets sold out within the hour. I spoke to the RAh box office today and they said that they expect to be getting back lots of tickets as they are looking for any being sold at inflated prices through Ebay etc if they find any the tickets will be cancelled and resold.
She was quite positve that they woyuld soon have some for sale again.
Heres hoping.

Couldn't agree more sludge.
Their early stuff was quite possibly revolutionary. Then they became 'poppy' to appeal more to the masses. They then, became even worse, 'political'.
Mind you, if tea with Bliar floats your boat and you happen to have several million in the bank ...........

I managed to buy three tickets for the 19th June at Twickers, and there's no way I'd flog them for all the tea in China. You haven't lived 'til you've heard them play live...

ive got four tickets. this will be my third time of seeing them. what does annoy me is that i would pay anything to see them.
more annoying is that the promoters and other business slugs know that we the fans will pay anything and that it will sell out whatever the price.
to get mine i joined the fan club (feel 14 again) at a cost of £20 then spent hours on the internet with my special pre sale access code, watching a blank screen saying it will refresh only to be locked out of it.!!!!!
much whinging and strong emails later, i emerged with 4 tickets for manchester, making myself £240 lighter!!!!
i too thought about buying some to put on ebay to recoup my costs but being lucky enough to have one for me i thought better of ripping off fellow fans.
good luck if u havent got them....my instincts are that they will put additional dates on?

Got 3 tix for croke park, Dublin. the pre sale was a fiasco of diabolical proportions. the guys can be forgiven tho cos as someone said you aint lived til you see them live.
btw, anyone wanna swap 3 dublin tix for 3 twickenham ones?
also if anyone has a spare ticket and wants to sell it, i'd be interested.
Mrs is a big fan and i paid the tickets with my friends credit card who is gonna be taking his best friend. permanent discolouration of my testies or worse kinda depends on me getting hold of that one tick.
