Not me - just found it looking for some other CPL stuff I was looking for and seen it mentioned a few times on here, thought I was doing someone a favour :rolleyes:

This is not only a good book, but an excellent one.

When I started back in 1998/99 I purchased this book from some UK Pilot shop in the center of London.

His recommendation was to do FAA followed by conversion to the then CAA license, and save a bundle.

I did. Save a bundle that is.

That book was worth its weight in gold. Well recommended.

Excellent book. Helped immensely until a lent it to a fellow officer who then omitted to return it. Thieving nav!

I agree - excellent book. Was recommended to me by my PPL instructor when I first mentioned that I thought I might consider getting a CPL/IR.

Although extremely useful, the version I bought was not up to date with all of the JAR requirements - has it been updated since?
