Anyone know why DGAC has decided to examine non-Spanish integrated ATP students for English language skills according to JAR 1.200?(courses run in English) It seems that the guys at the top set the exams in both Spanish and English and suspect that some dirty rotten foreigners might be reading the questions in Spanish and so will not be proving their ability to understand aeronautical questions in English. In doing this they fail to comply with part of the requirements for JAR 1.200. Anyone reading the rule will see that the powers that be have got it all wrong;they have only read part of the sentence dealing with part b).You have to show your language skills by either doing an ATP course in English or carrying out your finals in the ground school subjects in English. They have just read the second part of the sentence. Save us all from pen pushers :yuk:
