Recency for Navaids

Does anyone have any idea where to find recency for ILS, NDB's etc for ATPL/CPL? I have the Casa document library on disc (CARs /CAOs) and its a pain in the *rse to find anything on it.



Or for that matter can someone point me somewhere else to find the relevant info.
