Daniel have you talked to your instuctor or CFI? If you believe you are about to be sent first solo you need to be aware that a SPL takes about 5-6 weeks to be issued by CASA due to the "new" photo licence and security check. So no solo flying until you have the SPL in your hot little hand.

Normally you cannot book an aviation medical with a DAME until you have an ARN. Do you already have an ARN? Have you completed the medical?

You seem to be confusing the GFPT and SPL. There are no minimums for issue of a SPL, only the ability to read and understand English.
