Help needed for pilot transfer

Im currently serving in the Army as an electronic technician. I'm in the process of applying for a transfer to the RAF to become a pilot. I would greatly appreciate any help with a heads up on the apptitude tests or anwhere I could get examples.

Any help on areas covered in the selection process, questions asked, background knowledge and on what topics would also be great.

Why not stay green and go AAC, then once qualified transfer. You could qualify as a pilot before being commissioned, potential as a pilot comes second to potential as an officer. :rolleyes:

You could try looking at the RAF careers site but I found this one useful also.
